Responsibilities and Authorities

• Execute the full process cycle of procurement work from the request for quotation (RFQ), purchase order (PO) issuance, payment process to the respective parties and logistic arrangement to the project site.
• Process invoice and payment from respective suppliers and to clients as well as staff claim.
• Upkeep and update project staff competency record including obtaining and renewal of competencies certificate.
• Execute and up-keep e-invoicing process cycle and maintain related documentation.

Competency Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Computer literate with exposure in working with related software system.
