Project Administrator

• Provide end-to-end project management.
• Take a proactive role in evaluating processes, sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities, and providing advice to help improve processes and systems
• Facilitate effective project management by adeptly managing and analyzing data, identifying potential performance risks and issues, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Able to interpret and communicate project policies, including processes and systems, monitoring, and escalation of project-level KPIs and performance metrics as well as process compliance and escalation of issues
• Developing the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders and maintain customer satisfaction
• Participate in project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report on project status to senior team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business, economics, management engineering, industrial engineering or the like
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Has a strong project management background.
• Able to gather data, analyze simple to complex problems, and apply job expertise in making critical decisions.
• Can formulate and execute effective negotiation strategies with third parties.
• Must be a good team player.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work in 10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig City, Monday to Saturday (half day)
