Project Administrator

As a Project Administrator, you will be the backbone of our project team. Your primary focus will be managing project-related documentation, ensuring full compliance with workplace safety regulations, and handling diverse administrative workflows.

This is an entry-level/junior position. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and possess a strong eye for detail are highly encouraged to apply. Guidance and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Documentation: Assist in preparing, compiling, and maintaining Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) documents, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method Statements (training provided).
• Submission & Coordination: Coordinate and submit required paperwork to main contractors, building management, and relevant authorities for project approvals.
• Records Management: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all project drawings, correspondence, and operation manuals.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning new industry processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to liaise with various project stakeholders.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or ACMV industry, or familiarity with BizSAFE, is a plus but not mandatory.
