Project Administrator

• Provide administrative support to the project team
• Assist Project Director / Managers in all aspect of project administrative and coordination work
• Responsible for project documentation, quotations, submission
• Manage schedule for meetings and appointments
• Assist in follow-up with subcontractors/ suppliers

Requirement

• Diploma or above in any discipline

• 3 years of relevant experience in Construction/ Engineering/ interior fitting-out industry

• Experiences in project administration/ site-based is an advantage

• Familiar with project document control procedures

• Well-organized, Detail-minded, Strong sense of responsibility

• Strong communication/ interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English

• Computer literacy is essential
