$90,000 - $110,000 + super | Hybrid - Site / Office

We're looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our growing Tier 1 electrical team and support the successful delivery of multiple major projects.

This is a varied, high-impact role where you'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and project teams across a range of responsibilities including:

• Drawing submissions and document control
• Invoice reconciliation and purchase orders
• Timesheet coordination and reconciliation
• Managing administration across multiple projects
• Project reporting, registers and correspondence
• Supporting subcontractor and supplier administration
• General project coordination and administration

About You

You'll be highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects running smoothly.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 3+ years' experience in project administration, preferably construction or electrical
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with drawings, document control, invoices and timesheets
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, reliable and commercially minded approach
• Tier 1 construction or electrical experience highly regarded
