Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of the recruitment process.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and site teams
• Assisting with the advertising of new vacancies and managing the response to these effectively and providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Support in manpower deployment and maintaining attendance/HR records for project staff.
• New staff on-boarding activities
• Maintaining manpower/headcount date report and performance for HR Manager
• Review employment applications and background reference check report
• Prepares and maintains job classifications
• Other ad hoc recruitment Admin duties

Requirements

• Preferably Candidate with Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Meticulous and able to work well as a team
• Experience with full recruitment cycle
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication
