Lioneers Construction Limited is an Auckland-based construction company working on residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an organised and reliable Project Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project contracts, programmes, variations and related paperwork
• Respond to project enquiries and help resolve administrative issues
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, clients and contractors
• Monitor contractors’ work and report changes or variations
• Collect project information and prepare progress reports
• Provide administrative support to management and assist with general office arrangements

About You

• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business Administration
• Previous administration or project coordination experience is preferred
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with others
• Construction industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential
