Project Administrator

A minimum of three days in the office (hybrid work schedule).

Project Admin

Collaborate with project manager with planning and organizing project activities

Support project manager with document and information management

Lead the customer document submittal process

Support project manager with processing invoices, POs and expend reports

Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and ordering supplies

Assist with the onboarding and onboarding of project team members

Support compliance with internal policies and procedures

Qualification:

2 years of previous project administrative experience in an engineering, construction, or technical office preferred

Exceptional organization and communication skills

Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices is a plus

Proficient in MS Office and preferably Google Suite applications

Drive safety, quality, and excellence in all aspects of work

no supervision, and depending on oneself to get things done.
