Project Administrator|Customer Service & Administration Support

Spinifex Recruiting is partnering with Forge Solutions Group to recruit a Project Administrator to support a busy project team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

This is a primarily administrative position focused on:

• Making outbound calls to customers to schedule assessments
• Managing appointments and maintaining accurate records
• Providing excellent customer service over the phone
• Data entry and general administrative support
• Assisting the project team with day-to-day coordination tasks

About You

• Confident and professional phone manner
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently

This role would suit someone with administration, reception, call centre, scheduling or customer service experience who is looking to join a supportive and growing organisation.
