Project Administrator

About the role

This role involves monitoring and tracking the progress of ongoing projects, maintaining project costing records and budgets, and organizing project documentation. You will prepare project reports and status updates, coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors, and provide administrative support to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, including project claims and submissions
• Maintain and update project costing records, budgets, and expenditure tracking
• Organize, manage, and maintain project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and administrative documents as required
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
• Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
