Project Administrator / Document Controller

Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

• Prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) for IEPL & subcontractors’ teams
• Apply for Notification for Commencement of Earthworks submissions and manage all related documentation which includes renewing of plant maps and applications
• Prepare & maintain version control of Project & Safety Files for each project
• Handle printing, laminating, and distribution of on-site documents, including safety posters, permits, and signage
• Assist in MHA clearance forms, Jurong Island Pass applications, and Safety Induction Course & Project Safety Review name list
• Maintain control of all incoming and outgoing documents digitally & hardcopy (Pipe Installation Report, Cable Cutting Record, Service & Maintenance Report)
• Support the Project Engineer with day-to-day paperwork and coordination work
• Assist in scheduling meetings and taking down key notes or action items.
• Assist in preparing documentation packages for client or internal submission

Requirements:

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
