Project Administrator TSG

Looking to grow your career in project management within the exhibit design, museum, and construction/fabrication world? D&P is hiring a Project Management Administrator to support our AV/TSG (Audio-Visual/Technology Systems Group) team.

This role is a great fit if you have a background or interest in technology, computer systems, or AV — you'll be working alongside our Project Management team on some of the world's most iconic museum exhibits.

What You'll Do

Support project planning — scope, schedules, and resource plans

Help execute projects on time and to spec

Maintain project documentation and communication with stakeholders

Track budgets, drawings, and work orders

Act as a liaison between the Project Manager and clients

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills.

A team player who's also comfortable working independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

A willingness to learn and grow within project management.

Ideally you'll have...

Background in technology, computer systems, or AV (this is a plus for AV/TSG focus!).

Experience in exhibit manufacturing, construction, fabrication, architecture, or design.

Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and/or ProCore.
