Project Administrator/Scheduler | Perth Based

Client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator with scheduling experience to assist supervisors on a site based in Henderson.

This will be an ongoing role working Monday to Friday with potential weekend work as well.
  
To be successful you will require the following but not limited to:

• Maintaining and updating key project registers and trackers, including schedules, cost trackers, RFQ register, and delay register.
• Processing cost allocations and timesheets.
• Coordinating new starter inductions and compliance requirements.
• Assisting with timesheet administration.
• Raising requisitions and following up on order deliveries.
• Assisting with invoice preparation and project administration activities.
• Providing general project coordination and administrative support to the team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be Australian Citizen
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on sites
• White Card
• Police Clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Google Sheets.
