About the Role

VRN INC. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Project Advisor to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, a professional personality, and the ability to drive sales through effective follow-ups and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through various channels.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property and project site visits for potential clients.
• Present and explain project features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and effectively handle client queries.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales closure process.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and travel.
• Presentable, professional, and confident personality.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
