Maintain and update project documentation repositories (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence).

Planning and Scheduling:
Support the planning, coordination and execution of projects across the delivery lifecycle.

Flag scheduling conflicts, slippages, or resourcing gaps to the Project Lead for timely resolution.

Financial Tracking:
Assist with project budget tracking, forecast updates, and variance reporting.
Reconcile actuals against approved budgets, including resources and delivery milestones.

Change and Business Readiness:
Support change, testing, implementation and operational readiness activities including engagement with change champions network, stakeholder impact assessments and communications planning.
