Project Analyst

The PMO Project Analyst supports the PMO Lead in strengthening project governance, portfolio visibility, reporting, and project management effectiveness. The role provides analytical and coordination support to ensure accurate project tracking, consistent application of PMO standards, and timely insights to support leadership decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, governance standards, and reporting practices.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and portfolio visibility of project progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Prepare executive reports, management presentations, and portfolio updates to support decision-making.
• Administer project intake activities, maintain the project pipeline, and support project assessment and prioritization.
• Coordinate Steering Committee meetings, PMO reviews, and governance sessions, including preparation of materials, minutes, and action trackers.
• Track project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items while maintaining accurate project records.
• Provide analytical and coordination support to Project Managers and project teams.
• Support compliance with PMO reporting requirements, documentation standards, and governance processes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project controls, portfolio reporting, or delivery support.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, dashboards, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as Jira, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a structured environment.
• PMO Governance and Operating Models (preferred).
• Portfolio Management and Reporting (preferred).
• Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management (preferred).
