Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth

* Organize and file daily documents such as project progress report

* General support services including photocopying and email correspondence

* Assist and perform other duties / projects as assigned by Director

* Retrieve and update stock status and ensure that correct quantity and codes are being used

* Manage office supplies and bills

* Arrange and maintain records for office stock and replenish when necessary

* Working knowledge of MS Office

*Arrange the Accounts/Claims/Documentation/Filing/Management Account/Communication with COSEC

* Attend site visit/cheque collection/pay bills/etc

*Communicate with supplier, order material, prepare PO, Invoice, etc

*Maintain good communication and co-operation with customers, partners and relevant government departments.

*Responsible for project cost control, formulate budget and supervise the implementation to ensure that the project is completed within the budget.

*Add on skill Autocad, Video Editing & Photoshop

*To lead E-Invoice system, SQL experiences/any software

*CIDB/TNB/ST/SEDA licence application/authority approval assistance
