Project & Application Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Application: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable instruments for flow, pressure, level, temperature, analytical, and density measurement applicationsProject Coordination: Coordinate project schedules, technical requirements, supplier communications, deliveries, and follow-ups to ensure timely project execution.

Engineering Drawings: Read and interpret P&IDs and technical drawings; prepare or modify drawings using AutoCAD.

Quotation & Tender Preparation: Prepare technical quotations, instrument datasheets, technical compliance documents, and tender submissions.

Sales & Service Support: Provide technical guidance and application support to internal Sales and Service teams.

Customer & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with customers and suppliers on technical clarifications, specifications, and project requirements.

Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely submission of required documents.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience in instrumentation, application engineering, project engineering, or industrial automation.

Basic knowledge of process instrumentation and industrial measurement applications.

Able to read and interpret P&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Familiar with AutoCAD and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in preparing quotations, technical documents, or tender submissions is an advantage.

Good communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
