PROJECT & AUTHORITY COORDINATOR

1. Coordinate project submissions, permits, NOCs, approvals, inspections and clearances.
2. Act as the key point of contact with relevant government and regulatory authorities.
3. Liaise with Trakhees, Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA, Dubai Development Authority (DDA) and other applicable authorities.
4. Coordinate with authorities across Dubai and other Emirates depending on project requirements.
5. Follow up authority submissions and maintain approval / permit trackers.
6. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Consultants to obtain technical documents required for submissions.
7. Attend authority offices, inspections and coordination meetings as required.
8. Maintain proper records of authority correspondence, approvals, NOCs and permits.
9. Monitor expiry dates and renewal requirements for project-related permits and approvals.
10. Identify potential approval delays and escalate critical issues to project management.
11. Provide periodic status updates on pending and completed authority requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years UAE construction experience, with strong exposure to authority coordination.
3. Hands-on Trakhees experience – Mandatory.
4. Practical knowledge of DM, RTA, DDA and other relevant UAE authorities.
5. Experience handling authority requirements in other Emirates will be an advantage.
6. Good understanding of construction drawings, submissions, permits, NOCs and inspection processes.
7. Strong communication, follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
8. Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory.
