Project & Design Executive

Monitoring project progress to be aligned with Billing of Quantity and drawings

• Coordinate with contractor and suppliers for project preparation regarding the

drawing layout, material and document (billing of quantity, order form) needed

• Monitoring project timeline to make sure handover and opening on schedule and

also final check list and project opname

• Check drawings from designer or principal through merchandising team based

on requirements from landlord

• Coordinate with landlord to provide the final drawing and technical meeting

before project start

• Managing work order from existing store for rebranding or maintenance

• Coordinate with A&P, VM, Ops for image store installation and also with IT for

setting installation for store
