Project and Engineering Admin

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Manage and Oversee the utilization of the Revolving Funds in the Engineering Department and Project Sites.
• Process and Manage Request of Payments (RFP) for Sub-contractors Down payment, Billings, and Project Revolving Funds.
• Input Service Vehicle information and itinerary into the management system to ensure security and track fuel and vehicle usage.
• Submit a summary report of the Progress Reports of all existing Projects (Company or Sub-Contractors)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or College degree in the field of Industrial Engineering, business or office administration, or any related field of study
• Preferably with at least 6 months of relevant experience, but not required
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Highly organized and efficient
• Willing to render overtime work when necessary
• With a reasonable handle of the English language, both verbal and written
• Can start immediately
