Skymind Solutions Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of: Project & Event Assistant

We are seeking smart, proactive, and execution-driven individuals to join our team as Project & Event Assistants. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about events, media, coordination, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects and events
• Support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground event management
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and reporting
• Work closely with the Operations and Projects team on major initiatives
• Ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events
• Handle follow-ups with partners, vendors, and stakeholders
• Support administrative and operational needs tied to projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork ability
• High level of initiative and willingness to learn
• Must be based in Abuja and available for full-time, on-site work

COMPENSATION & GROWTH STRUCTURE

• Starting Salary: ₦150,000/month
• Performance-based growth opportunities within 3–6 months
• 50% increment on basic salary after the successful execution of each major project, based on measured input, productivity, and contribution, and/or with allowances where applicable
• Opportunity to grow into Project Manager or Event Lead roles
• Exposure to high-level continental and global events
