Project & Facilities Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up closely with contractors, vendors, and mall management on all on-site works to ensure smooth and timely completion.
• Be actively involved on-site to monitor daily work progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure works are carried out according to schedule.
• Conduct regular site checks and inspections, highlighting any defects, delays, or operational concerns, and recommend practical solutions.
• Ensure workmanship quality, safety practices, and compliance during renovation, repair, and maintenance works.
• Work closely with outlet Operations teams to identify repair, reinstatement, and maintenance requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide hands-on support in coordinating day-to-day repair and maintenance works across outlets.
• Track project timelines, costs, and work completion status to ensure all works are delivered within approved budget and timeline.
• Attend site meetings, prepare progress updates, and keep stakeholders informed on work status, challenges, and action plans.
• Support sourcing, comparison, and appointment of contractors/vendors, including follow-up on quotations and service scope.
• Assist and support outlet-related project works, emergency rectifications, and maintenance matters when required.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in project coordination, renovation, or maintenance works (F&B / restaurant environment preferred).
• Practical knowledge in renovation works, M&E, basic construction, repair and maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
• Comfortable working on-site and travelling between outlets when required.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and able to respond quickly to operational issues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple site matters concurrently.
