Project and Maintenance Engineer

Oversees the implementation of Mindoro engineering projects to ensure safety and quality.

Implements repair and maintenance works related to engineering works as per work request approval.

Signs and seals civil engineering plans for permit purposes specifically for Mindoro projects.

Processes and secures building and occupancy permits and other clearances.

Evaluates requests for repair and maintenance of service vehicles.

Prepares drawings, specifications, schedules and estimates for reconstruction, alteration and repairs.

Keeps records and logbooks of construction materials and inventory stocks.

Evaluates DTR submitted by timekeeper for weekly payroll.

Submits weekly project status reports.

Drives SIDC vehicles during field works and project visitations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
