About the role
Project & Maintenance Support role providing support for interior project activities, fit-out, and company facility maintenance. The position involves vendor coordination, progress reporting, and ensuring work is completed according to established standards and timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, BOQ, and evaluation administration
- Monitor and coordinate interior/fit-out work with vendors and landlord
- Record maintenance and repair needs for machinery and interior
- Coordinate with vendors/technicians for repairs and follow-up
- Compile progress reports, maintain documentation, and conduct vendor correspondence
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in fit-out/maintenance projects is an advantage
- Able to read technical drawings (AutoCAD)
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong coordination abilities
- Willing to undertake official travel
