Project and Merchant Success Coordinator – Part-Time / Contract

DURR is an early-stage e-commerce platform in the UAE. We are looking for a proactive and organized Project and Merchant Success Coordinator to support the development and launch of the platform.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the development team and follow up on tasks and progress. Review app designs and testing builds and provide clear feedback. Test the application and report bugs, issues, and UX improvements. Organize and document project requirements and follow-ups. Communicate with merchants and support merchant onboarding. Create merchant accounts and assist with adding products, photos, prices, and business information. Train and guide merchants on how to use the platform. Follow up with merchants and help resolve onboarding issues. Prepare a short weekly progress report. Attend occasional meetings or merchant visits when required.

Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English – both are required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in project coordination, e-commerce, mobile apps, digital platforms, or merchant/customer support is preferred. Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and merchants. Able to work independently and follow up on multiple tasks. Based in the UAE; Abu Dhabi candidates are preferred.

Job Details: Part-time / Contract. Hybrid – mainly remote, with occasional meetings or merchant visits when required. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Initial 3-month contract, with possibility of extension. Flexible working hours. Approximately 10–20 hours per week depending on workload. Compensation: AED 21.31–27.01 per hour, depending on experience.
