Project & Operations Executive (Government Sector)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support for the implementation and enhancement of a case management system
• Handle and coordinate user queries, system issues and feedback, escalating matters to the relevant IT/project teams when required
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, IT teams, project managers and users to support smooth project operations
• Support requirements gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system verification and data migration
• Assist in monitoring system operations and identifying issues or areas for improvement
• Review existing workflows and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for streamlining
• Support the development and implementation of solutions to improve operational processes
• Assist with tracking project timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process guides, system documentation and user materials
• Support data management and governance activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Relevant fields of study such as Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project coordination, operations, UAT, system implementation, process mapping or process improvement would be advantageous
• Organised, adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
