Project & Operations Supervisor

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise online business projects from initiation to implementation.
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory synchronization, and fulfillment performance.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure marketplace, website, and mobile application operations meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business requirements.
• Support the implementation of new systems, automation initiatives, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare operational dashboards, project status reports, and performance analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital business, project management, or retail operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online business operations, order management, and marketplace ecosystems.
• Experience with ERP, OMS, CRM, and project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
