Project & Solution Analyst

About the role

Looking for a Project & Solution Analyst to understand business requirements, analyse processes, support solution design, and coordinate with business and technical teams throughout project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops and process walkthroughs
• Analyse AS-IS / TO-BE processes, workflows, business rules, user journeys, roles, approvals and data requirements
• Prepare BRD/FRD, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and decision logs
• Translate business requirements into practical solution designs, workflows, validations, reports, dashboards and system requirements
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Solution Architects, Developers, QA and Infrastructure teams
• Support project coordination, scope/change management, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication
• Define and support SIT/UAT, defect clarification, fix validation and sign-off
• Assist with go-live, user training, documentation and post-launch improvements
• Support solution proposals, demos and new digital/project initiatives

• Familiarity with Web/Mobile Applications, APIs, System Integrations, Databases, SaaS, eCommerce, ERP/POS or Workflow Systems
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Figma and Diagramming Tools
• Strong English communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
