Project & Specification Sales Executive (Phuket) - Conwood

Responsibilities;

Project & Specification Development

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, developers, and contractors.
• Drive product specification into project designs and specification books.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities from concept stage through construction.
• Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and design workshops for design firms and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with project owners, developers, and consultants to promote product adoption.

Project Sales Management

• Build and manage a healthy project pipeline from specification to project award.
• Track project progress and identify opportunities for upselling additional applications and product categories.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, contractors, and internal teams to support project execution.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, project trends, and customer needs.

Relationship Management

• Establish long-term partnerships with key architectural and design firms in Phuket and Bangkok.
• Maintain regular customer visits and engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Reporting & Planning

• Maintain accurate project pipeline and forecasting reports.
• Monitor project conversion rates and specification achievements.
• Prepare regular market and customer activity reports.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Sales, Specification Sales, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Interior Products, Architectural Products, or related industries.
• Proven experience working with architectural firms, interior design firms, landscape architects, and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project sales processes and specification selling.
• Experience managing project pipelines from design stage through project completion.
• Good network within Phuket project market is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Bangkok-based design firms is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between Phuket and Bangkok
