Project & Technical Engineering Supervisor

About the role

Lead Engineering Project, NPI, and model transfer from development to implementation. Act as the main technical interface with the mother company for engineering requirements, changes, and technical clarification.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Project, NPI, and model transfer from development to implementation
• Manage BOM, drawing, specification, WI, and engineering document including revision control
• Coordinate Engineering Change (ECR/ECN/ECO) and ensure proper implementation
• Act as the main technical interface with mother company for engineering requirements, changes, and technical clarification
• Lead local supplier development, including packaging, tooling, jig/fixture, and other engineering requirements
• Coordinate engineering document translation, technical review, and distribution
• Work closely with Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Tooling to ensure project teams
• Coordinate sample development, trial, validation, and technical follow up with suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor project timeline, milestone, risk, and action items to ensure on time completion
• Lead and develop the Project & Technical Engineering team

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field
• Min. 3–5 years of experience in a similar position or related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in NPI/model transfer and supplier development is preferred
• Strong understanding of BOM, drawing, specification, engineering change, and technical documentation
• Good communication in English
• Strong project management, problem solving, communication, and coordination skills
