Project and Technical Operations Staff - Rail Infrastructure Project

About the role

Project & Technical Operations Staff to support various engineering, construction, technical, warehouse, administrative, and site operations requirements. Depending on your experience, qualifications, and area of expertise, you may be considered for roles such as: QA/QC Lead Engineer, Site Engineer – OCS, Site Engineer – PSS/PDS, Site Civil Specialist, Health & Safety Engineer, CAD Engineer / Electrical CAD, Welder, Electrician, Housekeeping Staff, Warehouse Manager, Contract Manager, or Accountant.

Key responsibilities

• Support project, site, engineering, technical, and operational activities.
• Conduct technical inspections, quality control, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, CAD plans, reports, and technical documents.
• Monitor site activities, project progress, safety standards, and work quality.
• Perform electrical, welding, maintenance, or other skilled technical work as required.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory, materials, and logistics.
• Support contract administration, documentation, coordination, and client requirements.
• Perform accounting, financial documentation, and administrative support activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and project standards.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

About you

• Graduate of a relevant degree, technical/vocational course, or equivalent experience depending on the position.
• Relevant experience in engineering, construction, technical operations, safety, CAD, skilled trades, warehouse, contracts, housekeeping, or accounting is an advantage.
• Professional licenses or certifications are required for positions where applicable.
• For technical and engineering roles, relevant project/site experience and technical knowledge are preferred.
• For skilled roles such as Welder and Electrician, relevant technical training, certification, and hands-on experience are preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site, on shifting schedules, or project-based assignments depending on the position.
• Willing to be assigned to designated project/site locations.
