VALUED POSITION SUMMARY

Our Project & Warehouse Coordinator assists our Project Managers so they can spend more time managing projects, keeping our customers happy. You will handle shipping and receiving, keep the warehouse and consumables organized, and support our Project Managers with purchasing and project material staging .

This is a great fit for someone who loves being organized, enjoys hands-on work, and communicates well. We will train you in our processes. This role is a starting point for growing your career with Knight Watch.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Warehouse Organization, Shipping & Receiving

¦ Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments so everything has a home.

¦ Prepare outgoing shipments and help with returns, warranty items, and defective materials.

¦ Help keep inventory records accurate and up to date.

¦ Keep our warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

Purchasing Support

¦ Support our Project Managers with purchasing, including quotes, purchase orders, and order tracking.

¦ Work with vendors on lead times and delivery dates.

¦ Help resolve discrepancies on orders, shipments, and invoices.

Project Material Organization & Staging

¦ Organize project materials as they arrive so they are easy to find and ready to go.

¦ Stage materials and tools so our field teams have what they need for each job.

¦ Keep packing slips, pick sheets, and job files organized.

¦ Keep our Project Managers updated on material status and anything that is missing. Consumables

¦ Keep consumables stocked, organized, and easy for our teams to find.

¦ Watch stock levels and flag items to reorder before we run low.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Entry-level position. We will train you on Knight Watch processes and systems.

Required

¦ High school diploma or equivalent.

¦ Strong organizational and communication skills.

¦ Ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow through.

¦ Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and willing to learn new software.

¦ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks.

¦ Valid driver's license.

Preferred

¦ Experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or purchasing.

¦ Experience in construction, security integration, or technical services.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

¦ Hybrid role that splits time between the warehouse and project support.

¦ Warehouse setting with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

¦ Occasional travel to job sites.

¦ Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, where you may help other departments like Service and Install.
