该职位来源于猎聘 该岗位前期base北京，后期base苏州，能接受再投递，谢谢。 责任及任务 The Project Application Manager supports commercial teams and Operational Units (OUs) throughout the entire technical and commercial process—from specification analysis to studies coordination and expediting until final delivery. The role ensures responsiveness, technical accuracy, and seamless project execution to support OU business growth.

• Specification Analysis & Technical Support
• Collaborate with commercial team to understand customer requirements and product specifications.
• Perform preliminary technical assessments and guide OUs in defining feasible solutions.
• Ensure specifications are clear, complete, and aligned with internal capabilities.
• Quotation Preparation & Documentation
• Support commercial team to build complete and accurate quotations based on validated specifications.
• Prepare and manage associated technical and commercial documentation.
• follow ETO requests and coordinate with technical teams replies.
• Project Follow-Up & Expediting
• Monitor project/quotation progress from intake to delivery.
• Manage expediting activities to secure on time delivery.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, propose mitigation actions, and escalate where needed.
• Communication & Cross Functional Coordination
• Act as the main liaison between commercial teams and internal teams for all technical/commercial project matters.
• Ensure clear, timely, and proactive communication at every stage of the process.
• Promote a “one factory, one team” mindset by facilitating internal collaboration.
• Participation in New Product Development (R&D Roadmap) 任职要求
• Technical Skills o Good understanding of industrial processes engineered products, and ETO workflows.
• Ability to read and analyze technical specifications and drawings.
• Experience supporting or participating in R&D/new product development projects is a plus.
• Project Management Skills o Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Structured approach, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills o Excellent communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution oriented, and customer focused mindset.
• Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively.
• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project support, technical support, or industrial project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written (CET-4 or above).
