About the Role

Take ownership of design development, ArchiCAD modelling, detailed documentation and consultant coordination across a diverse Australian project portfolio, while helping improve BIM quality and digital delivery across the practice.

This role is being recruited by Clarke Point(www.clarkepoint.com), a premier Singapore-based agency dedicated to delivering global recruitment and staffing solutions, and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed documentation
• Produce coordinated construction-ready packages in ArchiCAD 27
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules
• Coordinate structural, civil, services and specialist consultant documentation
• Review drawings, identify clashes and support BIM coordination
• Prepare planning, permit, tender and construction documentation
• Manage drawing revisions, issue sets and documentation standards
• Resolve architectural detailing across varied building typologies
• Support visualisation, parametric and digital design workflows
• Improve BIM libraries, standards and digital project workflows

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American, British or similar international client
• Approximately 5–10 years of professional architectural practice experience
• Recognised architectural qualification or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD 27
• Strong architectural design and technical documentation capability
• Strong understanding of Australian construction and documentation practices
• Knowledge of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and Victorian requirements
• Experience coordinating architectural work with multidisciplinary consultants
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and architectural detailing
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong independent work capability

Nice to Have

• Architectural education or professional training completed in Australia
• Education, government or VSBA project experience
• Heritage, adaptive reuse or existing-building experience
• DfMA, modular or prefabricated construction experience
• Contract administration or BIM management experience
• ArchiCAD template, library or office-standard development
• Parametric design, Grasshopper, GDL, scripting or automation
• Sustainable design and environmentally responsible construction
• Point-cloud, IFC or existing-condition model workflows
• 3D printing or digital fabrication experience

Remote Work Setup Requirements

• Quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for remote work

Compensation Package

• ₱100,000 to ₱120,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Long-term, full-time Independent Contractor role
• Philippines public holidays
• 12 days vacation leave per year
• 6 days sick leave per year
• ₱2,500 monthly health insurance allowance
• Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours (with flexibility)

Angelucci Architects Pty Ltd is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus the work hours will follow Melbourne time (9:30am–6:30pm) with some flexibility.
