Project Architect

Project Architect

Help shape the next chapter of a growing boutique architecture studio.

At SENNA Architecture, we believe great buildings aren't just designed well, they're delivered well.

We're looking for an experienced Project Architect or Senior Architectural Graduate who thrives in technical delivery, enjoys solving complex problems and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of a boutique practice.

This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a large production team.

You'll work directly alongside the Director, take ownership of projects, influence the way we deliver architecture and help build the systems and culture of a growing studio.

About SENNA

SENNA is a Brisbane-based architecture studio specialising in boutique multi-residential developments.

We're known for producing thoughtful architecture backed by exceptional documentation, consultant coordination and project delivery.

Our clients include developers and builders who value quality, collaboration and practical outcomes.

As our workload grows, we're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to grow with us.

The Role

You'll play a key role across Design Development and Construction Documentation, taking ownership of projects while working closely with the Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading documentation packages for medium and large multi-residential projects.
• Coordinating consultants and managing project information.
• Preparing detailed Revit documentation.
• Attending consultant and client meetings.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Assisting with continuous improvement of office standards, templates and workflows.
• Supporting projects through construction when required.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• 5–8+ years industry experience.
• Strong Revit capability.
• Experience documenting multi-residential or complex commercial projects.
• Excellent technical detailing skills.
• Confidence coordinating consultants independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative, calm and solutions-focused approach.

Registration is welcomed but not essential.

Why Join SENNA?

We're intentionally building something different.

We're not interested in becoming a large corporate practice.

We believe in:

• Delivering exceptional work.
• Building long-term client relationships.
• Supporting flexible, sustainable careers.
• Creating an office where quality matters more than billable hours.

You'll have genuine influence over projects, processes and the future direction of the practice.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Professional development support.
• Flexible working arrangements.
• A modern Brisbane studio.
• Direct mentoring from the Director.
• Opportunity to help shape a growing practice from the inside.

If you're looking for a role where your work has real impact and you enjoy the challenge of delivering exceptional architecture, we'd love to hear from you.

Please submit your CV, portfolio and a short cover letter outlining why you'd like to join SENNA Architecture to [email protected]
