Project Architect

DESIGN

1. Be part of Planning and Design team undertaking from Programmng, Concept stage to Construction Documentation Stage using hand sketches, sketch up, CAD and Photoshop
2. To Assist and Support, when heeded, design teams working on other projects to meet their deadlines during crunch time
3. Shall Prepare project design briefs, term of references (TOR), gather all relevant reports and documents require for the project design of the project. Assist Job Captain for due diligence review and other pre-design requirements.
4. Shall Prepare and review specification and material intents for LPP's approval.
5. To assist with design changes and ensuring the owner are properly informed and owner's approval is obtained.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

1. Shall Organize work in relation to the established project procedures. Project procedures include Control of Records and Drawing Standards.
2. Shall Prepare design / working drawings in accordance with the established standards of workmanships.
3. Shall Ensure design works and drawings are submitted on schedule.
4. Dutifully Check Building Code requirements and Compliance
5. To Prepare schedule of deliverables to clients.
6. Responsible for all design - related documents control and dissemination. Shall manage, coordinate and control project management meeting, design meeting, construction and post construction meetings to ensure overall design intent and requirements are integrated into the project.
7. Shall regularly Monitor utilities requirements (BMS,CCTV, etc), review and confirm with client for sign off.
8. Shall Prepare monitoring milestone schedule, drawing lists and manpower allocation of the project.
9. To Monitor and Review incoming / Outgoing Architectural and Engineering material samples and shop drawings submittals.
10. Shall ensure design works, drawing documents and permit drawings are submitted on schedule.
11. To Assist in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction.

COORDINATION

1. Shall Coordinate with Job Captain in preparation of conceptual and detailed drawings.
2. Shall Coordinate with clients and consultants as required and when queries arises.
3. To Assist the Job Captain in the all coordination, design and construction meetings, provide agenda and minutes of meeting.
4. To Assist in the review, evaluation, and clarifications of submitted bid proposals, RFA, RFI and Other Submittals.
5. To do Coordination and production of assigned project drawings from Design Development to Construction Documentation.
