What they need
- Assist the Technical director in design review and planning for large-scale construction projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to prepared Design requirements, ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Coordinate with Architects and Consultants to review and present design proposals.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents In CAD and BIM formats.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality standards.
- Develop, implement and review design SOPs based on existing practices and future requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems.
- Excellent project management and communication skills
