What they need
A Project Architect oversees the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. They coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure design intent, quality, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings
- Lead project coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material selections
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and local regulations
- Review and approve shop drawings and contractor submissions
- Coordinate with clients for design approvals and project updates
Key Skills
- Strong design and technical expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes & construction practices
