Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Develop and review construction documents, specifications, and technical details.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control efforts.
• Mentor and support junior architects and designers.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning discussions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect preferred (or actively pursuing licensure).
• 6+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency with Revit and related design/documentation software.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
