Project Architect

ARCHITECT | MULTI RESIDENTIAL | REVIT
Melbourne | Permanent | 6+ years’ experience | $125,000 plus super
Are you an experienced Architect who can lead projects, run a small team and take ownership from design through to delivery?
I’m currently working with an established Melbourne architecture practice that is experiencing steady growth and has a strong pipeline of work extending into 2027 and beyond.
They are looking for an all rounder Architect with strong multi residential experience, solid Revit skills and the confidence to take ownership of projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a genuine project leadership role where you’ll have responsibility across the project rather than simply working within someone else’s team.
You’ll be involved in:

• Leading projects from design development through to delivery
• Managing documentation and construction stages
• Coordinating consultants
• Leading and mentoring a small team
• Working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Resolving design and technical issues
• Managing priorities and keeping projects moving

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Minimum 6+ years of architectural experience
• Strong multi residential experience
• Class 2 experience highly regarded
• Strong Revit capability
• An all round understanding of design, documentation and delivery
• Proven ability to lead projects
• Experience running or mentoring a small team
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• Confident consultant and client communication
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Strong design eye with a considered and strategic approach to design
