Your new role

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Architect to join the team and play a key role in the design and delivery of townhouse developments across Sydney. This position would suit an architect with strong residential experience who enjoys working across all project stages and thrives in a collaborative environment.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to communicate confidently in both Mandarin and English, as you will be working closely with Mandarin-speaking clients, stakeholders and project teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of townhouse and multi-dwelling residential projects.
• Prepare and coordinate DA, CC and CDC documentation packages.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, councils and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects from concept design through to construction.
• Ensure compliance with NSW planning controls, Housing SEPP, LEPs, DCPs and NCC requirements.
• Support projects during construction and respond to site-related design matters.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing design team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualification in Architecture.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering townhouse projects in Sydney.
• Strong understanding of NSW planning frameworks and residential design standards.
• High proficiency in Revit.
• Strong technical documentation and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across various project stages.
• Local Sydney residential project experience is highly regarded.
