Key Responsibilities:

· Work collaboratively and constructively with internal team members to develop the project vision and prepare complete and accurate drawing sets
· Participate in client meetings and contribute to an unparalleled client experience
· Play an active role in construction phase services with oversight from senior staff (e.g., RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, construction observation)
· Produce work according to project timelines, workflows, and delivery strategies developed by senior staff
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of professional experience in architecture (7+ preferred)
· Licensed Architect with 1+ years of registration
· Experience with daily technical and administrative functions associated with architecture projects (e.g., client interaction, consultant coordination, municipal reviews and correspondence)
· Demonstrated success leading small projects with limited supervisory support
· Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino and/or SketchUp, and related design visualization tools (e.g., D5 Render, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite)
Nice to Have:
· Active involvement in professional and/or community organizations
· Experience or interest in design innovation, visualization, or emerging technologies
