Project Architect

Job Responsibilities:

1.1 Manages assigned projects from schematic design to construction documentation. Supports consultant coordination and ensures technical quality, completeness, and compliance.

1.2 Develop design solutions under guidance of Sr. Architect.

1.3 Ensure accuracy and completeness of design packages.

1.4 Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for project updates.

1.5 Prepare project deliverables, design presentations, and construction documents.

1.6 Support post-design inquiries and construction clarifications.

1.7 Assist in internal technical reviews and consultant coordination.

1.8 Ensure adherence to SOPs, project timelines, and quality standards.

1.9 Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for integrated solutions.

1.10 Support post-design inquiries and construction clarifications.

1.11 Perform other duties as may assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

1. Must be knowledgeable in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, (2D and 2D)
2. Must be knowledgeable in architectural design to develop the project specifications according to the project requirements.
3. Must be knowledgeable in coding and zoning requirements to ensure that designs comply with regulations.
4. Licensed Architect
