Project Architect

**What we look for in a Project Architect - someone who questions the norm, and dares to do things differently:**

**Design that sells, not just design that looks good.** From sales setup to landscape to sample flats to project execution - you shape what the customer feels before they even sign.

**Ownership till possession, not just till approval.** Your design intent doesn't end at DD level - it lives all the way through execution and beyond.

**Brochure-to-site integrity.** What we promise on paper is what we deliver on groundand you're the one who makes sure of it.

**Master coordinator, not lone wolf.** Consultants, vendors, marketing, SLR - you're the thread that ties every moving part together.

**Technical depth that never stops learning.** Materials, lighting, MEP, NBC/IGBC norms - the details are where the real design lives.

**Product experience obsessed.** You don't just design spacesyou design how people *live, move, and feel* in them.

**Bold, fearless, unapologetically passionate.** You question "why we've always done it this way" and you're not afraid to build the answer.

**Proactive on-site, not reactive after.** You catch problems before they become delays that's what separates architects from firefighters.
