Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development for mixed-use real estate projects
• Prepare and review concept designs, master plans, and elevations
• Develop and coordinate sanction drawings as per local authority norms
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and landscape consultants
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality control and design compliance
• Handle site coordination and resolve on-site technical issues

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of concept development and architectural detailing
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination (Structure, MEP, HVAC, Landscape)
• Good understanding of building bye-laws and approval processes
• Ability to manage drawings, documentation, and timelines efficiently

Software Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with any 3D visualization software (SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max)
