Project Architect

Position: Project Architect
Location: Cupang, Muntinlupa

Qualifications:

• graduate in Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Licensed Architect is preferred

• At least 3 years onwards of relevant experience in construction project management and site supervision

• Experience in commercial, office, retail, or residential fit-out projects is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods, fit-out processes, materials, and building codes

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other architectural software

• Familiarity with project scheduling, quality control, and site coordination

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams regarding architectural and construction concerns

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure proper implementation on-site

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, identify deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Ensure all architectural works comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports, progress updates, and documentation

• Verify completed works for billing, punch listing, and project turnover

• Attend project coordination meetings and provide updates on site progress

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
