Project Architect

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education & License: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect preferred.
• Design & Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD and related architectural software to draft architectural designs and 3D perspectives for office and proposed development projects.
• Site Inspection & Measurement: Hands-on experience in conducting actual site inspections and accurate field measurements.
• Budgeting & Planning: Skilled in preparing budgetary cost estimates, project timelines, and material requisition slips.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Proven capability to supervise on-going construction projects to ensure design compliance.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Strong communication skills to report weekly progress to the CEG Head and collaborate effectively with the Civil Engineering Group (CEG) team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Devise/develop Architectural design and perspectives using AutoCAD and other related software for proposed offices and other projects.
• Conducts actual inspections and measurements of the proposed projects.
• Devise/develop budgetary estimate and timeliness of the proposed projects.
• Write requisition slip if require.
• Supervises on-going projects.
• Reports regularly and submits weekly status report to CEG Head.
• Work with other members of CEG.
• Performs all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
