Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Architect to lead and deliver architectural projects from concept development through construction. The ideal candidate combines design creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, from conceptual design and development to construction administration.
• Prepare design concepts, client presentations, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, the construction team, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other internal departments to ensure effective collaboration, alignment, and seamless project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet established goals and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues as needed.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain design integrity and documentation standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future collaboration.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Valid Architect's license.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing architectural projects from design through construction.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural design and drafting software.
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes and construction practices.
