Project Architect (Part 2)

Responsibilities

• Organize drawings and documents for approval.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with other consultants.
• Attend meetings and site visits.
• Solve design and technical problems on site.
• Ensure projects meet quality, legal, and deadline requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Architecture (LAM Part II or equivalent).
• 3–5 years’ experience preferred, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in design, authority submissions, and site coordination.
• Able to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Revit/BIM knowledge is a bonus.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle several projects.
• Willing to travel to project sites when needed.
